In January 2026 we had a chance to visit America’s Transportation Experience at the AACA Museum in Hershey, Pa. This museum has over 275 permanent vehicles with exhibits that change every few months. The featured exhibits were Old School Rods and Customs, Mustang Legacy series, and a Saab showroom. The staff is largely made up of volunteers who are passionate and knowledgable. We were warmly greeted by Steve who saw my camera and allowed me to get a closer look. Throughout our visit he would pop-up to explain some car facts and history, or stories about the person who drove it. He even gave us a private viewing of cars in the back staging area. The museum has a vast collection of all modes of transportation. Their showrooms feature anything from Model Ts and Tuckers to muscle cars and hot rods. They have trucks, busses, bikes and pedal cars. There's a train room, an old Valentine dining car, and cases upon cases of hood ornaments. There are also so many interactive exhibits that make this a great museum for adults and kids alike.
